Yes—while the setting and storytelling are modern, Testament remains theologically grounded and deeply respectful of Scripture. Every major moment and arc is rooted in the Book of Acts, with close attention paid to the spirit, message, and integrity of the biblical text.

Testament was created by Paul Syrstad, who also serves as the director and as a writer alongside Faith Syrstad and Kenneth Omole. It was produced by roarlight, a UK-based production company dedicated to bold, high-quality storytelling grounded in faith and truth.
